Notes: A compact church built for the fifth Earl of Bessborough. Designed by George Street, built with cut stone in High Victorian Hard Gothic style in 1859, has stained glass panels of artistic design
Detached three-bay double-height Church of Ireland, with two-bay double-height lower chancel to east having two-bay single-story lean-to vestry to north-east, and single-bay gabled advanced porch to the west.
The churchyard (when looking at the church) is to the right, but five members of the Bessborough family are buried near the trees at the left.
